I - Eligibility: This campaign is open to active affiliates of Secret Mxxn in good standing. Participants must be 18 years of age or older and agree to abide by the program's terms and conditions. Employees of Secret Mxxn, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the campaign.

II - Campaign Period: The campaign will be active until the limited stock of 1692 pieces is sold out. A confidential end goal has been set prior to launching preorders. Should the stock not be sold out, the prizes associated with this campaign will not be released.

III - Reward Criteria: The No. 1 affiliate will be determined after the campaign ends, based on the number of successful referrals made during the campaign period. The winner will receive a meticulously crafted unique deck, with the combined value of its materials and craftsmanship amounting to $10,000 at the time of production.

IV - Referral Raffle: Everyone who referred and supported the top affiliate to reach the No. 1 spot will enter a raffle, wherein three individuals will each win a deck.

V - Notification and Disbursement: The top affiliate and the three raffle winners will be notified via email within five (5) days following the conclusion of the campaign. Secret Mxxn bears no responsibility for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to external email complications.

VI - Compliance with Tax Obligations: Secret Mxxn will handle all tax obligations resulting from the prizes awarded in this campaign.

VII - Right to Cancel or Modify Campaign: Secret Mxxn reserves the right to cancel or modify the campaign at any point without notice if unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside of its control occur.

VIII - Agreement to Terms: By participating in the campaign, affiliates agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, and any decision made by Secret Mxxn regarding the campaign is final.

IX - Limitation of Liability: Secret Mxxn is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the campaign.

X - Disputes: All disputes will be resolved by Secret Mxxn, and the decision will be deemed final and binding on all participants.

VI - Tax Handling: Secret Mxxn will handle all tax obligations resulting from the prizes awarded in this campaign.

Participants must be 18 years of age or older and agree to abide by the program's terms and conditions. Employees of Secret Mxxn, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the campaign.

II - Campaign Period: Affiliates ranked from No. 11 to No. 100 will all be entered into a raffle for a chance to win a deck.

III - Reward Benefits: Affiliates within this rank range, once selected in the raffle, will be entitled to a unique deck, showcasing their dedication and hard work in supporting Secret Mxxn during the campaign.

IV - Participant's Responsibilities: Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their referrals are legitimate and in compliance with Secret Mxxn's standards. Fraudulent referrals can lead to disqualification from the campaign.

V - Conditions and Restrictions: Winners must claim their rewards within 30 days of notification, or they may be deemed forfeited. Secret Mxxn reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each participant and can disqualify any affiliate if found in violation of the rules.

VI - Limitation of Liability: Secret Mxxn is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the campaign, including the reception and use of the reward.

VII - Right to Cancel, Modify or Disqualify: Secret Mxxn reserves the right to cancel or modify the campaign at any point without notice if unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside of its control occur. Any affiliate found to be tampering with the campaign's process or operation will be disqualified.

VIII - Disputes: All disputes will be resolved by Secret Mxxn, and the decision will be deemed final and binding on all participants.

IX - Agreement to Rules: By participating in the campaign, affiliates acknowledge they have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, and any decision made by Secret Mxxn regarding the campaign is final.
